Questions people ask
Something else? Ask on WhatsApp. It's the quickest way to reach her.
How long will my set last?
Clients say a set can last up to six weeks if you look after it. For acrylic, plan a refill at one to three weeks. After three weeks it's a new set, not a refill.
Does the deposit come off my total?
Bandla confirms this when she sends your booking details. Either way the R120 is non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours or don't arrive.
Can I bring a picture of the set I want?
Please do. Send it on WhatsApp when you book so she can quote you properly and plan the time. You can also pick any look from The Sets and book it directly.
Gel-X or acrylic?
Gel-X is lighter and flexible, and great for clean almond and stiletto shapes. Acrylic is harder-wearing and better for extra length, 3D work and ombre. Not sure? Tell her how you use your hands and she'll recommend one.
Can you fix a nail that broke?
Yes. Repairs are R20 for gel and R35 for acrylic, per nail.
Do you remove sets from other salons?
Yes. Acrylic soak-off is R100 and gel soak-off is R80, done properly so your natural nail isn't damaged.
Are you open on Saturdays?
No. The studio is closed every Saturday and open Sunday to Friday, 10:00 to 20:00.
